You guys have probably heard me rhapsodize about my J.Crew surplus jacket, but since Madewell has pretty much eclipsed J.Crew in terms of timeliness and classic-ness, their Passage jacket is pretty much a safe bet for this look, and forever.
The woman in the photo is wearing an oatmeal-heather tee, which feels very J.Crew circa 1994, but since that's not an option, this Gap featherweight tee will do—I love the fact that it has a subtle stripe to it, and its long sleeves will hold up in office air-conditioning.
Now that I've found the perfect pair of white jeans, I've fixed my sights on a pair of wide-leg white jeans, and I'm thinking you can't go wrong with these Madewell wide-leg crop jeans.
When I first saw this woman's shoes, I was equally in love and intimidated that I'd never find a close-enough pair, but lo and behold, I think these 27 Edit Emma toe loop sandals are a pretty good approximation (and they look super-comfy too).
Finally, these Super by Retrosuperfuture Arca sunglasses are a little on the splurgy side, but I really like the rimless shape, and while they're not exactly what this woman is wearing (hers are a little more subtle), they're still super fun.
