It's been a minute since I've done a Get the Look post, and since then, I've had a pin go viral on Pinterest! This most-pinned look from my Outfit ideas for ageless style Pinterest board is at 2,844 repins and counting, and I can see why—it's a very classic-with-a-twist look, and very fall-friendly. I also love wearing lighter neutrals in fall, because I feel like it's a nice transition from warmer to cooler weather. So before things get too chilly (and snowy), here's how to get the look.



A cream-colored sweater is pretty much a wardrobe essential, and the one the woman in the photo is wearing is particularly interesting because of the diagonal ribbing. This mock-neck sweater from Forever 21 is a pretty close approximation for only $32 (and it comes in gray too).



There are a lot of light-colored striped pants of the wide-leg, pajama-like variety, but not so many in a cropped trouser cut. (Which may be because a relaxed fit is slightly more forgiving, especially in lighter colors.) Thankfully, these Sandro cropped pants are a pretty close approximation and—even better—they're majorly on sale.



I have a strong feeling that the woman in the photo is carrying a Chloé Faye bag, but if you don't want to drop $2k on one, this Michael Kors Mercer crossbody has a similar accordion shape.



Finding a pair of boots like hers was a challenge that I feel like I've failed. The closest I could come was this Tashia bootie from Sole Society. The color is a bit too light and they don't have the top seam, but I like the chunky heel, and the price is right.



I do feel good about the pendant she's wearing, however—I have this Stella & Dot Luna pendant, which has a similar mixed-metal look, and I wear mine all the time.
