Contemporary designer Rachel Roy is known for creating looks that are sleek, sophisticated, with just the right dash of edginess – and although she's fairly new to the realm of footwear, she's done an admirable job of diving in head-first and creating lust-worthy pumps, boots, and flats for any avid shoe shopaholic.
